Wait..... Where is our wedding?
Our wedding is in West, Texas — the town, not the west side of the state.
Please don’t fly into Amarillo unless you’re hoping for a six-hour road trip and some character development.
We like to call it West comma Texas.
Where should I stay?
All of the wedding festivities will be happening right in West, so we definitely recommend staying nearby.
Hillsboro is about 15 minutes north of West and has several hotel options. If you cannot get a spot in West, we would recommend staying in Hillsboro.
If you’re set on being in a bigger city, Waco may be more your style. It is just about a 20 minutes south of West.
West has just one hotel, so don’t wait too long to snag a room! A few Airbnb options are also available in and around the area, you find one and want to double-check the location, feel free to send it to Alli or Patches for a quick local opinion.

This hotel is right in the town of West, just about 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Best part? Slovacek’s is right next door—perfect for grabbing a kolache in the morning!

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hillsboro
Hillsboro is 15 minutes from West and is a bit bigger than West.
Hilton Waco
This hotel is in Waco, just about 20 minutes from the town of West where the wedding will be. West is a bit smaller, so if you’re looking for more options and a bigger town feel, Waco is a great choice. Ubers should be available between Waco and West, making it an easy trip back and forth!

This is the closest airport to fly into.
