How early should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive 15 - 30 mins before we tie the knot. That way you have lots of time to mingle and find your seat!
is there parking or a shuttle available?
Yes, parking is available at Knottingwood and/or at the Holiday Inn Express - Strathroy. Please refer to the transportation page for more info about our guest shuttle and parking.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail / semi-formal! We would love for our guests to dress up with us, please no jeans.
Can I bring a plus one?
We are excited to celebrate with all of our closest friends and family, our wedding will be strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those formally invited on your invitation.
Is it an Open Bar?
Yes, drinks are on us!
Can I bring my kids?
While we love your little ones, unless their names are on the invitation this will be a kid free wedding. Thank you for understanding!
Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please allow our wonderful photographer to capture our special moments for us.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather depending our ceremony will be outside (on grass), cocktail hour will be outside with the option to go in the barn, dinner will take place inside and the reception will be partially indoors and outdoors.
I am coming from out of town, where can I stay the night?
The Holiday Inn Express - Strathroy is located just 10 minutes away from the venue. We have obtained a discounted rate for our guests, information can be found on the accommodations page.
