Mason and Allie met in 2016 during Allie's Junior year and Mason's Senior year at Texas A&M University (whoop!). The mutual friends they shared provided an immediate sense of comfort with each other. That initial comfort soon turned into a crush after running into each other 3 days in a row that week. Their first dates were spent flying around College Station, roller skating at a Zeta date party, and eating tacos at MadTaco. Allie knew this guy was a gentleman and was quick to tell everyone that would listen about her new crush. Once Mason introduced Allie to "the boys", it was pretty much a done deal. The new couple hosted game nights with all of their friends, which often turned into dance parties and they rarely spent a weekend apart. Their college experience peaked when all of their friends became friends and made some of the best memories together. On top of that, Allie and Mason were instantly loved and welcomed by each other's families. Building relationships with their families and encouraging each other in their spiritual growth provided a strong foundation for their relationship.
After college, Mason took an engineering job in Houston, while Allie started her sales career in Austin. Long distance was a challenge, but they made the very most of it by taking trips with friends, celebrating family milestones, and having many FaceTime dates.
Allie and Mason have loved and supported each other through some of the hardest and happiest times of their lives. They are so excited to walk into marriage with their best friend, knowing that it is centered on their love for Christ and love for each other. They are so thankful to have a wonderful support system and can't wait to celebrate with you all! Please commit to praying for them as they prepare for this next chapter.
