The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre resort located in Miramar Beach, Florida. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort features four championship golf courses, a full-service marina, numerous dining options, shopping, spa services, and a wide range of recreational activities.

The closest airport to the resort is the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) and is 40 mins away from the resort. Other options include the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), which is an hour away from the resort. Or the Pensacola International Airport (PNS) is an hour and a half away from the resort.

Up to you! You can either rent a car or ride share to the resort. The Destin airport also partners with shuttle companies. Once in the resort, you will not have the need to drive anywhere as every amenity and/or venue will have shuttles/transportation supplied by the resort. Some hotel rooms also come with a golf cart upon booking. Make sure to check out your specific room's details.

No, you may stay wherever you'd like! We are recommending the two hotel options as we'd love everyone to be centrally located and close by to one another. They are also walking distance from the Baytowne Wharf area. Please feel free to stay in any of the hotels or Airbnb's in the Sandestin area. Just note, you will be responsible for your own transportation specifically to and from the wedding venue on Saturday as we will only have scheduled shuttles from the Grand Complex/Hotel Effie area.

This is completely up to you! We are planning to be there during the week ahead of time to make a vacation out of it and in hopes to spend extra time with you all! Please feel free to stay for as long or as little as you'd like.

During April, expect weather with average highs in the low to mid-70s and lows in the 60s.

Cocktail or semi-formal. The wedding will be a combination of outdoor & indoors. Ties are totally optional for the guys, but Matt and the groomsmen will be wearing ties. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory :)

Due to the size constraints at the venue, those who receive a plus one invite will be notified on their RSVP!

As much as we would love to include everyone's kiddos, due to size constraints, our wedding will be child-free with the exception of those in our immediate families.

We will have shuttles taking guests to and from the hotel and venue. Transportation provided will start at 3pm, with pickup at the Grand Complex. The return shuttles will start around 9pm.
