Kyle & Allie were both born and raised in O'Fallon, Illinois. Kyle played LOTS of baseball growing up. Allie’s first memory of Kyle was his senior year of high school at Blazier Field when he would hit a few home runs; she was pretty impressed. Kyle doesn’t have much recollection of Allie at that time. Nor did he have much interest in a 4 years younger, Allie.

Fast forward eleven years, Allie was a bridesmaid in Bailey + Kevin Wolf's wedding. Kyle's best friend, Keith, was Kevin's best man. On numerous occasions following the wedding, Allie would check in and ask Keith, "is Kyle Stanton still single?" Keith's answer was always, "Yes."

A little less than a year later, in early March of 2020, Allie finally mustered up the confidence to ask Keith to share her number with Kyle. Kyle reached out with a casual, "Hey! What's up?" They went on their first date a few weeks later on March 11, 2020, merely a few days before the world shut down for COVID-19.

Allie & Kyle spent lots of time together and with their immediate families during quarantine. They both enjoy, well, Allie more than Kyle, snuggling up on the couch together with a show or sports event on, traveling together, eating Chick Fil A or pizza & pool days + lake trips with close friends.

On March 31, 2021, on their way to dinner at The Green House in Scottsdale, Arizona, Kyle asked Allie to marry him in front of her favorite cactus on the golf course. (It almost didn’t happen, but that’s a story for another time.) For as long as she can remember, Allie's family spent Easter in Scottsdale. Kyle knew how special it would be to ask her to be his wife in such a special place with her family and best friend, Cassie, along for the trip.
