Allie and Logan

Its been a long time coming, but we couldn't be happier to be able to celebrate our love with all of you who have been so important to us along our journey to this day!

Our First date, senior year of college...I had to pick Logan up because he just had surgery and couldn't drive (I had just had the same surgery 8 weeks earlier), but we HAD TO go on a date to Good Ole Days and eat wings of all things!

A few years into dating we decided we were moving to Georgia and Logan got the opportunity to go ahead of me. From June to December 2022 we were long distance. We had a plan...or so I thought...instead of waiting for us to get settled in a new state before we made any plans for the future, Logan asked my parents permission, bought a ring, and planned to propose without me knowing! Just before Thanksgiving Logan made what I thought was a very random trip up to Tennessee to take "family pictures" I was not happy, in my mind this was very last minute, we had a puppy that couldn't be left at home and I had to wake up early to be ready for these "pictures" before work. For those that don't know, I am not a morning person to say the least. Well, we get to Mimi and Pap's house after work so I can touch up my makeup and change. Rudy, our dog, falls in the pool and is going crazy and after that I might have demanded Logan bring him with us for pictures which he was against for obvious reasons. We are both not in a good mood, me because Rudy was not behaving and we could not leave him there to make more of a mess and Logan because I was changing his plans and stressing him out (whats new) . We get over to his best friend, Clint's, house and I am told to hop in the razor to go up the hill to take "pictures" with Rudy in tow. Up at the top of the hill is a beautiful candle and rose petal display and immediately my thought is "SOMEONE IS GETTING ENGAGED! WE HAVE TO LEAVE!" and I start trying to drag Logan and Rudy back down the hill. Logan wants to go look at it, I am frantically trying to figure out how to not crash a couples engagement and find out where his family is for pictures...It was our engagement...It took me a minute to figure out. He got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife, about 10 yards from the planned location, that's my fault, I obviously said yes, but before that I had to apologized for nearly ruining it...and then Rudy chewed through his leash and we had to go chasing after him.

I would say this is a very accurate description of our life. Happy little accidents moving us along! We couldn't be happier to have the luck to build this beautiful life together.
