Got a few hours to kill? We recommend checking out Hyannis Main Street or Mashpee Commons - both have tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Below you can find a few specific recommendations for both of those areas.
That being said, if the weather cooperates, our favorite thing to do in the fall on the Cape is walk the beautiful beaches. You can't go wrong with Dowses Beach, Craigville Beach or Sandy Neck.
Breakfast/lunch. Great option for sit down or to-go breakfast and coffee. They also have alcoholic brunch drinks... which is a rare find on the Cape!
Dinner/drinks. One of our favs! Greek restaurant in Mashpee Commons. Huge menu and great drinks. Plenty of seating available.
Lunch/dinner/drinks. If you do head to Hyannis Main St, Anejo is a must! Amazing margaritas, nachos, tacos. Just a super cute space in general with a cozy fire place.
Breakfast/lunch. This is probably my favorite place on the list. A vegan cafe that is also a bookstore. We go here twice a weekend, every weekend.
If you're looking to squeeze in a workout while you're here, look no further. The Cape House in Mashpee Commons is AMAZING with Spin and Floor workouts.
