The ceremony will take place outside at South 40 Events. We plan to proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the ceremony will move to the pavilion and will be held indoors. The reception will take place in the pavilion. Fingers crossed for good weather!!

We would love for all of your children to be able to join us but unfortunately due to space limitations, we cannot accomodate all. Please refer to your online RSVP for specific invites and of course, all are welcome to come dance and celebrate later in the evening!

South 40 Events does have a 'no outside alcohol' policy. However, there will be a fully functioning bar for all to use!! South 40 Events does hold the right to ask a guest to leave if caught with outside alcohol so please be mindful of this.

There is parking at the location, right next to the Pavilion which is where we will be at. Signs will be posted to direct traffic in the right direction.

There is no dress code. We do, however, encourage you to wear semi-formal attire.

Please RSVP no later than August 1, 2024. If we don't receive your RSVP by the requested date, you will be marked as 'No'. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner.
