It is very important that you do not arrive early, as you may interrupt a wedding in progress. If this does happen, the couple is subject to a minimum $500 early arrival penalty. If you arrive prior to your given arrival time, please wait at the bottom of the hill at 12:25pm. You may go up to the venue when you are called around 12:35pm.

Vance Mountain Wedding Site

1101 Cole Lane

Gatlinburg, TN 37738

1. Bring the Parkway into Gatlinburg, turn left at traffic light #3 in Gatlinburg.

2. Follow SR.321/East Parkway until you see a McDonald's and Subway on your left.

3. You will turn left at this traffic light #3A onto Glades Rd.

4. Follow Glades Rd. until you see a road crossing sign on your right that has a flashing light on the top. You will turn left onto this road, Cole Lane.

5. When it looks like Cole Lane Ys off (your GPS will tell you have arrived), you will take the right Y. (There is a pull off right there at the bottom of the hill.)

6. If it is before your appointed arrive time when you get there, please wait at the pull off.

7. If we can go up early, someone will let you know that we can go up. Otherwise, when it becomes your appointed time, you can drive up to the site.

Follow the posted signs to the Vance Residence/Wedding site when it is your designated time.

8. When you go up the hill, you will see a sign on your left for Honeymoon Hills. Immediately after that sign, on your right, will be a driveway with a sign that says “1101 Cole Lane.” You will turn right into this driveway and go up to the hill to the ceremony site.
