The short answer: we have a lot of family and friends coming from out of town and wanted to simplify the process and significantly reduce the cost of finding a place to stay in the Rockies. The mountains and outdoors are a key part of our relationship and we didn't want to sacrifice that. Plus, ending the night with music, snacks and drinks around a campfire... What could be better?

We love your kiddos, but unfortunately, they are going to have to sit this one out. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We will have an open bar during cocktail hour, followed by a full service toonie bar throughout the reception. There are no ATMs, so please come prepared! If you're staying late into the night, ask Chris and Allie for more info.

No, we have hired one Fork & Farm catering for the reception and they are phenomenal! We will have hotdogs and s'mores for the fire though. And a continental breakfast for anyone who stays.

Because of the nature of the venue, feel free to show up anytime between 3:00PM and 3:45PM Saturday. You can use the time to get ready in your cabin, play some games, explore the amazing grounds or get to know any other guests who arrive early!

Cash for toonie bar! If you have pillows/sleeping bags that you prefer you are welcome to bring your own. Fire-friendly clothing/blankets is encouraged for later in the evening.
