The plan is to have the ceremony outside, however in the case of extreme heat or rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Yes, buses will be provided to and from the venue. The buses will leave from the Omni at 3PM (100 S 12th St, Richmond, VA 23219). Please indicate when you RSVP whether you will be taking the buses or providing your own transportation.

Yes, there is parking. Staff will be on hand to assist with parking and shuttle guests who need assistance with on-site golf carts.

Due to capacity limitations at our venue, and to allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding a child-free event. If you have any trouble arranging child care, please let us know - we would be happy to help find someone in the area!
