We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to capacity limitations, we are only inviting the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be mailed out to "Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Even though we love your children, we decided to keep our wedding an adults only event (with the exception of the kids in our wedding party). Invitations will be specific and will include the name of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and use this as an opportunity to take a date night out!

We understand that Hebron, Illinois is a ways out for many of our guests. Some are even traveling in from out of state! We have set up a room block at the Comfort Suites hotel in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This hotel is about 18 minutes away from the wedding venue. We will also coordinate a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night. If you plan on utilizing the shuttle, please answer the RSVP questions so we can obtain an accurate shuttle count!

Our ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, so we recommend you arrive at least 20-30 minutes early. This will allow you time to park and walk to the vineyard where our ceremony will be taking place (weather permitting). If you are using our shuttle service, pick up will be at the Comfort Suites in Lake Geneva, WI at 4:15. This will ensure you arrive with plenty of time!

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The best gift you can give us is to be present as we say our "I do's." We have hired a professional photographer who will capture our special day. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like! Please remember to share these with us as well!

We wanted to give our guests many food options throughout the night. Our dinner will be served family style. Large platters of food will be dispersed throughout the table so everyone can have a little bit of everything. There will be a variety of options including a vegetarian option. If you have a specific dietary restriction, please answer the RSVP questions so we can plan accordingly. We can work with our caterer to get a separate meal prepared for you if needed.

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Last call will occur at 10:30PM. Please drink responsibly and plan to utilize our shuttle or a ride service if you are planning on letting loose!

We want our guests to be comfortable. Please remember that the ceremony will be outside in August (weather permitting). The ceremony is taking place in the grass vineyard, so remember that when considering heels. While the ceremony will be short, it may be hot! Please take all of this into account when picking out an outfit!

We have a room block reserved at the Comfort Suites in Lake Geneva, WI. This is about 18 minutes from our venue. You can call the hotel at (262) 581-4026 and request to book under the Heckler-Spontak wedding or you can book following this link: https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/XP59T5. The room block booking deadline July 10th, 2024, so please try to book as soon as possible! Due to August being peak season, the hotel would only accommodate a room block for a minimum of 2 nights. If you'd like to stay one night, please arrange this outside of the room block. Otherwise, there are many hotels and airbnbs in the area. We have arranged a shuttle service to and from the Comfort Suites hotel for guests. If you plan on utilizing this service, please identify so in your RSVP. We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 23rd, 2024. We will try to reach out that week if we have not heard from you. We cannot accommodate late RSVPs because have to submit an accurate guest count to our vendors 1 month out from our wedding. Additionally, if you plan on booking with our room block at the Comfort Suites in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, the deadline to book is July 10th, 2024.
