However, only bridesmaids, groomsmen, and guests that receive the option to RSVP for the rehearsal dinner on our website under the "RSVP" tab are invited the rehearsal dinner, as it is a private event. ALL wedding guests are invited to the Welcome Party to kick off the weekend! The Welcome Party is a celebration that will be held in the Barrel Room at Arch Ray in Fredericksburg on Friday, December 13 at 7:30pm. Hors d'oeuvres will be served, attire is Texas Chic, and boots and cowboy hats are welcome & encouraged!

The ceremony will be in an open-air and covered chapel, cocktail hour will be outside under a covered terrace with heaters, and the reception will be indoors.

The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is black tie optional.
