Our Wedding

We met in 2020 while working together at Petco. What started as casual conversations during shift changes and teamwork on the floor quickly turned into a genuine friendship. We bonded over our love for animals, shared laughs in the grooming salon, and supported each other through the chaos of retail life.While we were "just friends" for a long time, Tyler had a quiet crush on Allie from the very beginning. Allie, ever the professional, kept some healthy boundaries since they worked together. Still, it didn’t stop our coworkers from whispering that there was definitely something there. We were the store’s unofficial rom-com the kind of connection that everyone else could see before we even saw it ourselves.Years passed, full of inside jokes, lunches, and endless support. When Allie decided to move to a new location, she wrote Tyler a heartfelt thank you note, reflecting on the incredible friendship they had built. At the end, she snuck in a bold little line:P.S. If you ever want to go on a date, hit me up. If not, pretend you never read that. 😉Tyler didn’t hesitate. He picked up the phone and said, “Are you serious?”And the rest? The long-awaited beginning!

2024 was the kind of year that hit the ground running—and never really slowed down.Not long after making things official, Allie immediately swept Tyler into wedding season… as in, three weddings she was in, all in one summer. Between dress fittings, group chats, and frantic packing, they found themselves traveling from New York to Wyoming, navigating airports, last minute issues, and lots of questionable road trip snacks. It was chaotic, exhausting and somehow completely perfect.When they weren’t catching garters (yes, Tyler got one!) or managing Allie's calendar, they were saying yes to every concert, show, or random event that crossed their path. Live music, surprise date nights, and new experiences became their love language.And of course, no love story would be complete without a few new additions. Whitney, the one-eyed goldfish (rescued from a Petco and now living her best life), Pickles, the world’s most spoiled chameleon, and Blanche and Matilda, the fluffiest and sassiest bunny girls. They joined the ever growing menagerie of pets that fill the couple’s home with personality and plenty of chaos.The adventures didn’t stop there. From getaways to Lake Mac and Arizona, to trying every fun restaurant in town, building what feels like every LEGO set ever released, relaxing with head spas, and cheering on the Avalanche, Allie and Tyler have made their first years together one of laughter, love, and late night snacks.In March of 2025, he completely surprised Allie with a proposal she absolutely did not see coming. So much so that when he got down on one knee, her immediate, completely unfiltered reaction was:“What the F*ck”(Super romantic, we know.)Once the shock wore off (and she said yes, of course!), Allie saw the ring her dream piece from her favorite designer, someone she’s loved for years. It was perfect.Every detail was thoughtful, personal, and totally them.Now they’re planning the next big adventure: a lifetime together. And they couldn’t be more excited to celebrate it with all of you!
