When and where do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by mail or here on the website under the RSVP tab by July 22nd. If mailing RSVP please remember to fill out your name(s) and how many will be attending.
If we do not receive an RSVP from you by the date, it will be marked as “Declined.” Due to the venue size and limited seating, it’s important for us to have an accurate head count. Thank you for understanding!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
As much as we’d love to invite all children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will be able to make arrangements ahead of time to still be able to join us on our special day.
Can I bring a guest?
If your invitation includes a plus one, then yes! The RSVP says how many seats are reserved in your honor.
Do you have a registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the best gift of all. We are excited to celebrate with you. While gifts are not expected, we do have a registry that can be found here under the registry tab.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
Yes, the dress code is semi-formal/cocktail.
Where can I stay?
We have reserved hotel room blocks for guests at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Please see our travel page for booking details and other hotels in the area.
Will transportation be provided? Is there parking available?
We will not be providing transportation to and from the events for guests. The ceremony is located in Woodruff and the reception is located in Rhinelander, they are about 23 miles apart. There is plenty of parking available at both locations.
If attending the ceremony, when should I arrive?
Please plan on arriving between 12:30-12:45pm to find a seat. The ceremony will begin at 1:00pm.
Can we take photos throughout the day?
Our ceremony inside the church will be unplugged. That means, we ask that all cell phones and cameras be put away. You are more than welcome and encouraged to take photos throughout the rest of the evening! This is such a special day for us and we have two amazing photographers to capture our entire day, that way you are able to celebrate and be in the moment with us.
What happens after the ceremony?
After we say “I do” we welcome you to cocktail hour at 3:30 located at The Pines in Rhinelander. We will be serving drinks and some hors d’oeuvres. We will take our seats for dinner at 5:00 pm.
Will there be an open bar?
The bar will be open during cocktail hour and throughout dinner. After that only selected alcoholic beverages will be available at no charge. If requesting other beverages we suggest bringing some cash.
What time does the reception end? Will the party continue after?
The reception will end at 11:00 pm per venue rules. We will have a party bus available for bridal party/guests who would like to continue the night with the bride and groom.
Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Yes! The venue allows guests to leave vehicles overnight so no one is drinking and driving. We encourage guests to find a safe ride home or to the hotel. However, we do ask that the vehicles be picked up the next morning.
