Travel/Lodging Information
With our wedding being in a small town, there are limited options for hotels, so we have listed a few of the nearby hotel/resort options. There is plenty of room for camping in tents, campers, or ice castles at our property, so please keep that in mind. This is a GREAT option for the night, but please be aware that we do not have camper hookups. Let either of us know if that is something you are interested in.

40 Club Inn
The town of Aitkin is 5 minutes from our wedding location. We plan to have a shuttle going to this hotel. Please mention the Anderson-Ahonen wedding to get under the wedding block. Due to it being a small town hotel, it is likely to book out fast. We recommend calling to book ASAP.
Riverview Lodge
This is a newly remodeled motel that is very updated! There is also a campground with hook-ups. This is located about 5 minutes from our wedding location.
Country Inn Deerwood
The town of Deerwood is about 15-20 minutes from our wedding location. We plan to have a shuttle going back to this hotel after the reception.
Grand Casino Mille Lacs
Grand Casino is just over 30 minutes from where we will be getting married. At this time, we do not have a shuttle going back to this hotel.
Ruttger's Bay Lake Resort
This resort is just over 20 minutes from our wedding location. We will not have a shuttle to this resort.
