Our Wedding

Allison and Joey's story kicked off in the spring of 2021 when Allison was wrapping up her third year of dental school at Ohio State. With a bit more time on her hands, she found herself frequently driving down to Cincinnati to hang out with her best friend, who happened to be dating one of Joey's friends. As fate would have it, Joey and Allison hit it off, and by the summer of 2021, they were officially an item. Over the following year, they juggled the distance between Cincinnati and Columbus, making countless trips to see each other. After graduating from dental school, Allison landed a spot in the Pediatric Dental Residency program at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Joey decided to join her in the Steel City, and they started their new chapter together in the summer of 2022. Their journey took a romantic turn in the summer of 2023 when Joey popped the question. Allison completed her residency in the summer of 2024 and they have officially moved back to Cincinnati in the Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood. However, their Eastside stint didn't last very long as they bought a house back on the Westside of town in March of 2025.
