How far in advance should I book the hotel?
As soon as you know you would like to attend. Most hotels allow refunds if cancelled ahead of time if something comes up and you are unable to make it. Bisbee is a vibrant city and very popular during this time of year. For that reason, things can book very quickly as our date approaches.
Can I book a hotel for just for the night of?
Yes, you can at some of the hotels. However, we will be there 10/31-11/03 and there plenty of things to do in Bisbee if you would like to join in on the party ahead of time!
Do I need to bring anything?
You do not have to bring anything but yourself. However, we will have a tattoo artist that is accepting cash or Zelle payments if you would enjoy getting a small flash tattoo!
Are kids allowed?
We are having a child free wedding with the exception of immediate family due to the fact we are hosting in a historic building, there will be booze, tattoos, and some adult only games. We do not feel this is a kid friendly environment. We understand for some, this may mean they are unable to make it and hope to celebrate with you at a different time.
Can I bring a +1?
Our wedding is small and intimate. If we know your partner personally, we will be sending an invitation addressed to both of you.
What should I wear?
Semi- Formal attire in earth tones or gem tones. Greens, dark oranges, deep reds, brown, dark purple, etc. We suggest a longer dress for women with flats or a low heel. For men, a suit or nice pants with a button down. The ceremony and reception is on gravel so comfortable shoes are a must. See the outfit inspo section for color palette and inspiration. Please no white or black.
Is the wedding outside?
Yes, the wedding will be mostly outdoors. The bar area is inside and has a few comfy seating options. However, you should prepare to be outside a majority of the evening.
Is there an open bar?
Yes! We will have an open bar as well as alcohol free options. Before the ceremony, you will be able to grab a beer, wine, or nonalcoholic drinks. After the ceremony, we will add cocktails and mocktails to the menu!
What kind of food will be served?
We are having Mexican food at our wedding. While we will do our best to accommodate those that are vegan, gluten free, dairy free, or have food allergies, we cannot guarantee that there will be absolutely no cross contamination and options may be limited. Please make sure to note in your RSVP so we can let our vendor know and hopefully cater to everyone. If you are concerned about the potential of cross contamination, please reach out to the bride or groom to see what we can do to ensure you have a meal you feel safe eating!
