Questions and Answers!
Hi friends! We just wanted to throw some questions we are being asked on here. Obviously if you have any not listed here please don’t hesitate to reach out to either the bride or groom! As we are asked questions we will add them to the page for everyone to see! We can’t wait for our big day!
When is the wedding?
The wedding will be held on Saturday October 18th. Our ceremony begins at 3:45pm so please arrive no later than 3:30pm to ensure you are on time for our big day! If you arrive after the ceremony proceedings begin you will be asked to remain outside of the venue until the cocktail hour begins!
Is there a bar?
The most asked question so far! We will have an open bar at the wedding stocked by the bride and groom. If you have any specific request for drinks or would like to donate a pack of your favorite to our stock please let us know! Also, please be sure to bring your I.D. as you will be asked to provide it when ordering at the bar!
Can I bring a date/plus 1?
As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, due to wanting to keep our day as close and intimate as possible we have decided to not extend plus ones. If you are being offered one their name will be listed along with yours on your invitation.
What’s the dress code?
To help us make this an unforgettable evening, we kindly ask guest to come dress for a formal cocktail event. While we love our t-shirt and jeans as much as the next person, we request you leave them at home and dress to impress for our big day! Ladies, we ask that you avoid all whites, creams, and champagnes as these colors will be reserved for the bride!
Where is the parking?
For our venue the parking is located across the street from the ceremony and reception. As you arrive there will be guides and shuttles to bring you over to the ceremony area. For our guest that would need accessible accommodations, there is a drop off loop that will bring you directly to the venue. As you arrive please ask the guides where to find the entrance as they will help direct you there.
What is the menu?
There will be a wide variety of appetizers during our cocktail hour. Dinner will include a Pasta Bar, a Potato Bar, and an assorted Carving station. If you have any dietary restrictions please reach out to either the bride or groom so we can be sure to be able to provide those accommodations to you!
Am I able to bring my kids?
As much as we love your kiddos, we are extending invitations only to the adults listed. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a date night on us!
What happens if I forget to RSVP?
Sadly we will be required to provide a firm number to all of our caterers following the RSVP date. Please ensure you let us know by our RSVP date if you will be joining us so that we are able to guarantee you a seat at the table!
