Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Sofitel Hotel. Wedding transportation pickup/drop off will be from the Sofitel, but guests are welcome to book at any hotel in the area. If you are interested in reserving with the block for 1 or 2 nights, please use the link below, or call the number above and say you’re reserving with the Boyd and Coyle Wedding Block.
*Please note: if you make the reservation for more than 2 guests per room, there is an additional fee added to the rate for the 3rd and 4th guests. This fee does not apply to children.
The last day to reserve a room at the block rate is 9/27/24.
Transportation
Day of wedding transportation will be provided for all events. Buses will depart from the Sofitel hotel, transporting guests to and from the church and the reception venue.
Parking & traffic in the area can be tough. We encourage all guests staying in the hotel to leave the transportation on wedding day to us! Detailed itinerary below:
12:15 PM Buses depart from Sofitel Hotel
1:30 PM Wedding Ceremony
~2:45 PM Buses depart from Church
~3:30 PM Buses arrive back at Sofitel Hotel
5:30 PM Buses depart from Sofitel Hotel
6:00 PM Wedding Reception
10:00 PM Early bus departure from Venue
11:00 PM Reception ends and buses loop until guests arrive back at Sofitel Hotel
