The ceremony will start at 5:00 est. We will be providing transportation from The Westin, but if you are not utilizing that transportation, please arrive no earlier than 4:30.

While we love all of your children so much, we thought you might like a night off! We respectfully request that our wedding be a 15 and up event.

The wedding will be cocktail attire. Ladies, please note that the ceremony is outside, so block heels are encouraged!

Yes! The ceremony and the wedding reception are at different locations. The "Jolly Trolley" will start picking up guests to take them to the ceremony at (time TBD). The Jolly Trolley will pick up guests at the Westin Tampa Waterside. Directly after the ceremony, the Jolly Trolley will start taking guests to cocktail hour. Please note, the Jolly Trolley only fits 32 people at a time, but we will have a great view and champagne for you to drink while you wait. *Note, you can eat and drink on the Trolley*

No, the Jolly Trolley service stops after drop off at the reception venue. Please plan to Uber or walk from the reception to your next destination.

While there is parking at both locations, parking at the Orlo House (The Reception Venue) is limited. Please do not drink and drive.

Be careful where you book your Airbnbs as these days, many areas are considered "Tampa". Please note that the wedding and reception are in South Tampa, and that you should search places inside the perimeter of Westshore Blvd to Bayshore Blvd, Downtown Tampa, Channelside District, YBOR City, Davis Island, or Harbour Island. North Tampa is a bit farther away but definitely close enough to stay at. If you are booking a place, feel free to send it to Allison or Steven and we will tell you how far away you are from the wedding festivities!
