The ceremony will take place at the Riverview, right next to the Peabody Pavilion. The ceremony is outdoors, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly. In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place inside the tent (please find your seat according to the seating chart).

Please join us at the Peabody Pavilion and tent, right next to the ceremony, for passed hors d’oeuvres, a raw bar, and open bar! (Don’t worry, it’s open bar for the entire night, thanks to Bogey!)

Please view the seating chart to find your table at 5:45. Formalities will begin at this time. The dinner is a stations style reception. Three dinner stations will be spread out throughout the pavilion with a variety of options. After formalities, a server will call up your table! Feel free to go back for seconds and thirds (or more)! Stations will be open for an hour! Feel free to get up and chat with family and friends throughout dinner, too! The live band, the Mockingbirds, goes on after dinner and our special dances!!! Join us in the pavilion to get the party going!!!

An earlier shuttle to the hotels will be available at 9:15, followed by another shuttle at end of the night.
