For our out-of-town guests, car or plane will be your best options. Our ceremony venue is 15 minutes away from downtown and Kansas City Marriott Downtown (Hotel Block). Our reception venue is less than 6 minutes from the main downtown area. Both locations can be accessed by driving or ride-share.

By Air: The nearest major airport is Kansas City International Airport (MCI), located approximately 19 miles north of downtown Kansas City. From the airport, you can arrange transportation via taxi, ride-share services, or rental car to reach the Downtown Kansas City area.

By Car: If you're driving to the wedding, ceremony location, reception venue, and hotel are all conveniently located near major highways. You can use GPS navigation for accurate directions. On-site parking options are available for guests. Parking is free at the ceremony and reception venue, but hotel parking does charge, please go to their website for more information.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown for Friday, September 13th and Saturday, September 14th, for the convenience of our out-of-town guests. Unfortunately, the KC Marriott has suspended the shuttle services, but Lyft and Uber are available and will be relatively cheap. Special discounted rates are available for those attending our wedding. To secure your accommodation at the discounted rate, please mention our wedding when making your reservation. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.
