Yes, both ceremony and reception will have parking. Country Club Christian Church has a small parking lot available on the North end of the property and there is street parking in the neighborhood. Ward Parkway does not allow street parking. Stone Manor on 79th has a small parking lot available and Downtown Overland Park has a central parking lot just South of the venue.
