Booking Instructions:
- Open hyperlink Gamba-Kelly Wedding
- Select your preferred dates
-Enter number of adults (maximum 2)
-Click check availability-select preferred accommodation option
-Select view offers-this will display the deposit and cancellation policy for the booking
-If this option best suits you, click reserve to proceed with making the reservation
-Proceed with entering your details under the heading CONFIRM YOUR STAY
-For the section that has “ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW”-there is a REQUESTS BOX that can accommodate flight information, bedding (king or 2 twins), floor preference (first or second), extended stay dates etc.
-The unique booking link contains the main group dates only. If required, after reserving the main group block dates,(3) pre and (3)post stay dates can be secured by emailing groupreservations@halfmoon.com. This is subject to availability. A note can also be included during the online booking process in the “ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW” section.
The cut-off date for the receipt of reservations is November 18, 2024.
- ONE ADDITIONAL ADULT CAN BE ADDED TO THE PRESTIGE JUNIOR SUITE FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $85/NIGHT +TAXES/FEES PLEASE MAKE THIS REQUEST IN THE REQUESTS BOX

Confirm reservation
-Reservations are made one at a time, which means if you are reserving more than one room, then you will need to complete one before making the other.
-A Two (2) night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due sixty(60) days before arrival.
-Arrival/departure flight information (airline name, number, and time) must be provided for our records. Complete details will ensure a smooth transition to and from the airport.
-This is also used to coordinate logistics on the hotel side.
If flight information is known when making the reservations, it can be inputted in the requests section. If not known then, this should be communicated to groupreservations@halfmoon.com at a later date (before arrival).
