Weekend Itinerary

Thursday, March 31st, 2016

4:30 pm: Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal (Invitation Only)

Location: St. John's Episcopal Church

6:00pm – 10:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner (Invitation Only)

Location: Davis Islands Garden Club

Transportation provided via Water Taxi from the Marriott Waterside Hotel, taking dinner attendees to the Garden Club, depending on the weather, from 6-7pm and taking attendees back to the hotel from 9-10pm.

Friday, April 1st, 2016

5:00pm: Seating begins for wedding ceremony

Location: St. John's Episcopal Church – 902 S Orleans Avenue Tampa, FL

***Transportation will not be provided to and from the ceremony, so please carpool. Plan on arriving early to the ceremony to account for traffic and to find street parking. When returning back to the hotel for the Reception, you can valet or to save time (if valet is crowded) you can self-park at the South Regional Parking Garage or the Silver lot just across from the Marriott Waterside. These are self-pay/self-park options for anyone who does not want to utilize valet.

5:30pm: Wedding Ceremony

Please arrive early to allow time to find parking.

Please no photography during the ceremony. We hired a fantastic photographer and any errant hands, phones, cameras, etc. sticking out from the pews will only block his views. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

6:30pm: Cocktail Hour & Hors d'oeuvres

Location: Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina Grand Ballroom Foyer

7:30pm: Reception with Dinner & Dancing

Location: Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina Grand Ballroom – 700 S Florida Avenue Tampa, FL 33602

9:00am-11:00am: Send-off Breakfast

Location: Main Patio - Marriott Waterside Hotel. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided to wedding guests on Saturday morning to say farewells and see Allison & Max before they leave for their honeymoon.

Approximately 2 miles away

-From the Marriott, take S Florida Avenue north to E Brorein Street and make a left. -Use the left two lanes on E Brorein Street and turn left onto Bayshore Boulevard. -Travel southwest along Bayshore Boulevard for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto S Orleans Avenue. -St. Johns Church is at the corner of S Orleans Avenue and Morrison Avenue. -Please park along Morrison Avenue or Orleans Avenue north of the church.

St. John's Episcopal Church to Marriott Waterside Hotel

-From the church, head north on S Orleans Avenue to W Swann Avenue. -Make a right on W Swann Avenue and travel east for 0.3 miles. -At the signaled intersection of W Swann Avenue and South Boulevard, make a left. -Travel north on South Boulevard then make a right onto W Platt Street. -Travel east on W Platt Street for 0.7 miles, past Publix and over the bridge. At the first signal after the bridge, turn right onto Franklin Street. -Go south on Franklin Street for 0.1 miles and the Marriot Waterside will be on your left.
