Our Wedding

Allison and Nicholas met on the first day of Calculus I at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith in August 2019. He sat one seat ahead of her from that day on, and the two shared a deep friendship--working together as partners on all group assignments for each of Dr. Kayla Murray's calculus classes. In July 2020, Nicholas posted a picture of his 1957 Chevy on Instagram. Allison slid into his DMs smoothly by typing, "Nice car!" Within two weeks, they went on their first date to Rolando's Restaurant, and they instantly fell in love. After almost sixteen months of falling for one another through their sophomore year of college and a global pandemic, Nicholas proposed to Allison at the beautiful Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel on December 22nd, 2021. The chapel will be the same venue he and she will officially become Mr. and Mrs. Ford almost six months later on June 19th, 2022. Following the ceremony, Allison and Nicholas plan to complete college in May 2023, attaining a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics Education respectively. The two look forward to sharing an eternal love, attending church together, and pursuing careers in the Fort Smith area in the years to come.
