Please RSVP by March 21st on our wedding website so we can plan accordingly. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our space is limited. We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend (yes, that includes your little ones).

The ceremony will be in Sycamore Hall, the farthest building from the parking lot. Parking is available in the lower lot (entrance off McClay). Please plan to get home safely, just remember to move your car by noon the next day.

Right after the ceremony, we’ll move into a cocktail hour, no traveling required! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Stone House of St. Charles, so you can settle in and enjoy the celebration from beginning to end. After dinner, we look forward to dancing the night away together!

The ceremony will be held indoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour while the hall is being prepared for the reception. The reception will then take place indoors, with outdoor spaces open for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. If the weather isn’t ideal, everything will simply stay inside so we can celebrate comfortably.

Absolutely! A photo booth will be available during the reception, with prints for you and copies for our guest book. Don’t forget to sign and leave us a little note! For the ceremony, please keep phones and cameras away. Our photographer will capture it all so you can just relax and celebrate.
