Our Wedding

Allison and Logan met Allison's freshman year attending K-State. Logan was a sophomore at the time, and the two quickly became friends while living on the same floor in Goodnow Hall. After two years of friendship, Logan decided to ask Allison out to dinner and they have been inseparable ever since!

How We Met

On the night of September 10th, 2014, Allison was not feeling well and decided it would be best to miss her sorority chapter in order to catch up on homework and sleep.Logan, however, had other plans. He called Allison and explained to her about his chance meeting with one of her friends, Hannah Hunsinger. Hannah was the photo editor at the university newspaper at the time and had asked him if the couple would mind helping her with a photo assignment she had involving interesting things to do in Manhattan. Logan had told her that one could find geodes on the edge of the Big Blue River, and gladly agreed to help her out.Logan rushed out to pick up a very grumpy Allison, and then rushed out to the river before the sun set so that Hannah could take pictures of the couple geode hunting. As geodes are not a natural occurance in Manhattan, Kansas the couple only found one geode along the edge of the river. Inside that geode was the ring that Logan used to ask Allison to be his wife.

I graduated from Kansas State University and am now an environmental control systems engineer at Textron Aviation. Logan and I grew up together in Norton, KS and he was my bully in the fifth grade, my friend in the sixth and has been my best friend ever since!

I am one of Allison's younger sisters! Currently I am pursuing a degree in genetics at the University of Kansas, while enjoying that sweet sorority life, and can't wait to be Allison's Maid of Honor!

Zoe Lemke

I have been best friends with Allison since Elementary School and I can not wait to be apart of her wedding day! Currently I am living and teaching 3rd grade and dance in Songdo, South Korea.

Jenny Dwyer

Since graduating from Kansas State University, I have been working as a Civil Engineer in western Kansas. I met Logan during our freshman year at K-State in Goodnow Hall. We were roommates for three years, and we have been friends for longer.

Josh Dlabal

I've known Allison since she wormed her way into my life in middle school. She was my first and remains my favorite photo subject! I am currently working as a photojournalist in North Carolina, but I'm excited to come home to be a part of her and Logan's special day!

Hannah Hunsinger

I'm a California dream boat and available to all single ladies. Logan and I have been friends since living together in Goodnow Hall. Going anywhere from prune juice challenges to stealing cue balls, I can't wait for him to tie the knot.

Kevin O'Connor

I am a fitness professional living in Kansas City. Every bit of my time is spent outdoors, golfing, hunting, but mostly it's spent working out. Logan hates that so I am not sure how our friendship has survived. I had to beg him to let me be a groomsman.

Kory Robertson

I've known Allison since we became Sigma Alpha sisters together four years ago. We became best friends the next year as we survived Ag Econ 120 together. I graduated from K-State in December 2015 and live with my fiance in Holcomb, KS. I spend my time doing part time communications work, substitute teaching and missing Logan and Allison!

Kaitlin Morgan

I met Logan as an undergrad in the geology department at Kansas State University. We both continued into a graduate program together at K-State, where we became officemates and roommates. Since then I have become a petroleum geologist in Tulsa, Oklahoma, often traveling to OKC to visit Logan and Allison!

Helder Alvarez

I am currently studying at Kansas State University with plans to become an Ag Educator. I met the bride when she was my RA and in the past couple of years we went from RA &amp; resident, to sisters in agriculture, to roommates! I can't wait for this wedding!

Enjoy a FREE 40-minute walking tour of the production facility. Along the way, you'll learn about the history of their company, their brewing process, and their approach to beer and business. The tour concludes in the Tasting Room where you can sample a variety of Boulevard beers.
