Please call the hotel directly to book under the hotel room block for a discount. The hotel room block is under "Pearl/Schmidt". We will have a shuttle going from this hotel to the venue and back. The shuttle will start at 3:45pm. There are 3 shuttles and as soon as a shuttle is full (14 people) it will leave for the venue. There may be time for 1 or two shuttles to make a 2nd trip. The shuttles will not leave the hotel after 4:30. We recommend being ready early to get on the shuttle. The shuttles will start again at 9:15pm and make trips from the venue to the hotel and will drop people off downtown to continue the party if they wish. The reception ends at 10pm and shuttles will wrap up shortly after this. Drivers will be accepting tips.
