Brett and I first met in passing at the BCM in 2017, and had a class together in 2018- but we didn’t have a conversation until the BCM 2019 Mission trip to Edmonton, Canada, where we sat across from each other on the plane.

We kept in touch over the summer while I explored National Parks…

And Brett served as a camp counselor at Crosstimbers!

Fall semester of his senior year, Brett studied abroad in Ireland…

I wrote him a letter so we could stay in touch :)

Brett’s final semester at TU started and we met in person again at the BCM Leadership Conference…

Needless to say, we still liked each other. We went to SAI Formal together!

Started dating a week before COVID hit…

Fell in love… <3

Served at Falls Creek together!

Helped move me to Arkansas for PA school…

Went on adventures…

And got engaged!

…and we’ve continued to make the best memories!

Now we’re counting down the days to start a new chapter as husband and wife <3
