Allison and Brock met many years ago, before they even started dating. Both of their families have grown up together in the same town, so they have always been friends. In 2018, Allison and Brock were at their church’s youth group where the two had begun to talk some. Shortly after, Brock hit Allison in the head with a pillow. Allison then jokingly said it gave her a concusion (in hopes that Brock would continue to talk to her, lol). The next day, Brock had texted Allison about how boring his learners permit courses were...which seemed so simple, but that simple text made a huge smile on Allison’s face when she saw his name come through on her phone. The two continued to text, then went on a few dates to the movies, bowling, etc. Brock and Allison started dating in 2018, so they spent the rest of their high school years together; going to the high school dances, attending each others sporting games, then through college, up until now! And they would not trade it for the world. So it is safe to say that Brock hitting Allison in the head worked, and Allison claiming to be concussed also worked, because the rest is history! I don’t think either of them saw this coming, but they know for a fact that God sure did, because it all started under the eyes of their Lord at the church’s youth group. On June 21st, 2024, they will get married at the same spot from where it all started, the church they attend together...and the two will share the same last name for the very first time!
