Grand Cascades Lodge
This is where all wedding day events will take place!
A limited number of guest rooms have been set aside at Crystal Springs Resort. You can book one night instead of two if you prefer. To reserve your hotel accommodations, simply call 866.921.0422, choose prompt #2, and mention the name of your event. Requests must be received at least 45 days prior to your arrival date and are on a first come, first serve basis. You will have access to the amenities before check in and after check out.
NOTE: As rooms fill up, we will look to release more rooms, as available. However, we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
Minerals Hotel
This is another property on Crystal Springs Resort (approx. 7 min. from Grand Cascades Lodge). There will be a complimentary shuttle provided from here to Grand Cascades Lodge and back. You will have access to the amenities before check in and after check out. We recommend asking for early check in and coming early to get ready and ensure you can make it to the ceremony on time.
4:00 PM – First shuttle from Minerals Hotel
4:20 PM – Second shuttle from Minerals Hotel
11 PM – Shuttle from Grand Cascades to Minerals Hotel
11 PM through the after party – Shuttle available on call

If you are staying at Crystal Springs Resort: Grand Cascades Lodge, there will be no need for travel; everything is on the property. If you are staying at Crystal Springs Resort: Minerals Hotel (approx. 7 min. from the Grand Cascades Lodge), there will be a complimentary shuttle service. More information on shuttles to come! If you are staying elsewhere, we encourage you to plan to use a ride share app (i.e., Lyft or Uber), car service, or designated driver. There will be parking available at the resort. If you plan to use a ride share app, please allow yourself plenty of time to call a car/get to the venue on time.

If you'll be flying in from far away for our wedding, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the trip! It means so much to have you be a part of our special day. The closest major airport to the venue is Newark Liberty International Airport (approx. 1 hour from the venue).
