1. When and where is the wedding?

With grateful hearts, we invite you to celebrate with us on Sunday, May 24th, 2026 in Gainesville, Florida at The Barn at Deep Creek. The venue address is 3910 NE 156th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors under a covered pavilion, followed by an indoor reception in an air-conditioned barn at the same venue.

2. What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you can be seated and settled as we prepare to worship and celebrate together. The ceremony will promptly begin at 5pm.

3. What is the dress code?

Our wedding attire is Cocktail Attire.

We invite guests to dress polished yet comfortable—suits or dress shirts for men, and dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women. Breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes are encouraged, as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors.

4. Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion. And the reception will follow indoors in an air-conditioned remodeled barn event space.

5. Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! Light refreshments and drinks will be served during cocktail hour, followed by dinner at the reception.

Our celebration will be alcohol-free, but don’t worry—there will be an open bar featuring sodas, tea, and other non-alcoholic favorites.

6. Are children welcome?

While we love children and value family, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, unless your child(ren)'s name(s) is/are noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

7. Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to space limitations, we are only able to invite those listed on the invitation. We are so thankful for your understanding and support.

8. Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, on-site parking will be available for guests at the venue.

9. Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, allowing us all to be fully present as we honor God and witness this sacred moment together.
