RSVP Questions

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by Wednesday, April 30th, 2025. Note: If you have not RSVP'd by this date, we regret to inform you that you will be marked as a "no" and will not be included in the final guest count. Please help our vendors in getting a timely and accurate count!

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We invite you to RSVP online via our wedding website! Your Invitation has a QR code on the back - use the camera app on your phone to scan the code and click the link that appears at the bottom! Once you get to our website the RSPV link is on the home page. Click the link and type in your name to RSVP for your household! If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please contact Allie for assistance.

Can I invite a plus one?

Due to the size of our wedding, we ask that only the members listed on your invitation and those listed under your household in the RSVP are extended the invite. If you have questions or concerns about your invitation contact the bride or groom.

Can I bring my children?

Any children that are invited will be listed on your invitation and under your household on the RSVP. If your child is not listed but you wish to bring them, please contact the Bride or Groom to discuss! We will have kids ranging from infant to teenagers! There will be a "Kid's Corner" in the reception venue for your children to do arts and crafts, play games, and hang out together. If your children are listed on your invitation and you do not wish to bring them, please indicate that through your RSVP!

Dress Code

What is the Dress Code?

For the Ceremony, we ask that you wear semi-formal outfits. For example, ladies you could wear a nice summer dress/skirt or pants outfit. Men, you could wear some khakis and a button up. No need to get super fancy, but we want you to look and feel your best! For the Reception feel free to get comfortable! Wear whatever is going to get your booty shaking!

After you enter the Hotel, take an immediate left down the long hall of meeting rooms. The reception will be in the large Ballroom at the very end of the hall! There will be signage out to help guide you to the right spot.

Is there a Wedding Block of rooms at the Hotel?

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Radisson Hotel. Look in the "Travel" section of our website for directions on reserving your room. IT IS DIFFERENT FROM BOOKING NORMALLY. There are a limited number of rooms, unfortunately, so the sooner you book the better! Our block is reserved until MAY 14, 2025. After that, the rooms not booked will be opened to the public to reserve. If all of our rooms are booked in our block, do not fret! Please still use the directions I have listed under the "Travel" section of our website and they can do their best to get you our wedding rate.

Will there be a transportation service to/from the venues?

We will NOT be providing transportation to/from our venues. There is a city bus (Amtrak) that has a stop at the Radisson Hotel, but there is not a bus stop near Holy Family. Please plan accordingly and contact Max or Allie with any questions or concerns.

Itinerary

What is the Wedding Itinerary?

The Ceremony begins at 1:00pm at Holy Family Catholic Church. The reception space will open at 4:00pm to dinner guests, and dinner will begin at 5:30 pm. The reception celebration will begin at 8:00pm and conclude at 12:00am.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please arrive to Holy Family Catholic Church by 12:30pm. This will ensure you can find your seat and have plenty of time to enjoy the space before the ceremony begins!

What time will the reception end?

The reception will conclude at 11:50pm on Saturday the 14th. While there will not be a formal after party of the wedding, we understand that many of our friends and family have traveled to see us for the weekend. We would love to see you again on Sunday and thank you for spending your weekend celebrating with us. We will be staying at the Radisson Hotel Saturday night! Please chat with the bride or the groom if you would like to visit with us on Sunday!

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

There will be about a 1 1/2 - 2 hour time gap in between the ceremony and the doors opening for the reception. This is to allow for the Bride, Groom, and Family/Bridal Party to get all the pictures they would like after the ceremony. We thank you for your patience! Please know that you will be more then welcome to head to the reception venue, Radisson Hotel, where they have plenty of seating space. Feel free to check into your hotel room at this time, hang out with friends or family, or go explore Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants! Lakeside Park is also a beautiful location to go hang out in nature.

Wedding Registry and Gifts

Is there a link to your wedding registry?

Your presence is the best gift you could give us on our big day. However, if you feel inclined to grant us a gift our registry link can be found in the "Home" section on our website. We will also have a card box at the reception that you may utilize as well. We are so grateful to all of our friends and family that love and support us!

Where can I bring/send our wedding gift?

If you wish to honor us with a gift the newly weds ask that you send it to their home address instead of bringing it to the wedding. If you are unsure what their address is please contact Allie or Max! A wedding card box will also be placed at the reception if you would prefer that method. Thank you again for your generosity and love!

Can I take photos/video at your wedding?

Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you wish during the reception. However, please respect the artistic vision of our photography team. HUGE shout out and thank you to Britt and Alex for sharing your gift with us and capturing this perfect day!
