Michael and I met via a dating app. First was Tinder. We both swiped right but he had pictures from a themed party and he was wearing a fedora. So I let him on read. Whoops. Then came Plenty of Fish. We swiped and after talking for a day Michael asked me to go out for dinner with him. My first time saying yes! When he picked me up at my house and I saw the Mercedes I was even more excited. We ate at a delicious Mexican restaurant that is now the only brewery in Palm Coast. Beer! Something we both love. After that night I was hooked and it wasn’t until a few months later that I realized he was the guy I ignored on tinder. I almost missed out.

On our very first anniversary, 1 month, Michael took me to The Garlic. It was the coolest, most romantic restaurant I had ever been to. I remember he told me, “people actually get engaged here.” And sure enough, 4 years later, Michael got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Right there at the very table where we first celebrated.
