There will be one 46 passenger bus that will take guests from Hotel Weyanoke to the venue before the ceremony. It will arrive at the hotel at 3:15 pm and it will depart for the venue at 3:30 pm. You are more than welcome to use the bus; however, we are also encouraging guests to carpool with a designated driver or Uber to the venue if the bus becomes full as they have asked us not to leave cars at the venue overnight. After the reception, we will have two bus loads that take guests back to Hotel Weyanoke. The first one will depart at 10 pm and the second bus load will depart at 10:30 pm.

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. When you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!

We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night (on us)!

Yes, we are asking our guests to please dress in semi formal attire. Men have the option to wear a nice suit or sports coat. Women have the option to wear a floor-length dress but also can wear a nice cocktail dress or jumpsuit. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside so feel free to bring a jacket. The reception will be indoors in a temperature controlled room.
