For all guest spending Friday night in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, there will be transportation to the church and then back to the hotel after. The bus will be leaving from Hotel Bethlehem @12:00pm. If you are using this transportation please do not be late, the bus will not wait past 12:00pm!
Follow the ceremony the bus will bring you back to Hotel Bethlehem. There will be a little gap of time before the reception. Please take this time to explore bethlehem or rest up in your hotel room until the party starts :)
Hotel Bethlehem is our reception venue. As a Historic hotel, the rooms are all one of a kind with a truly an amazing experience/stay. Hotel Bethlehem is a TWO night minimum requirement and there are rooms blocked off under HolbertWalshWedding. You can begin booking ASAP. When booking please make sure to mention that your are staying for our wedding to get the group discount rate of $179/night.
For out of town guest this may be the better option for you, but you are not required to stay here.
Hotel Bethlehem is where the bride & groom will be staying the night of the wedding.
There are rooms blocked off at the Hyatt Place Bethlehem for those of you who are interested in only staying the night of the wedding. These rooms are blocked off under HolbertWalshWedding for a rate of $139/night. You can begin booking ASAP and must be made before October 11th 2017. We will increase the number of rooms as needed when guest start booking!
When booking please make sure that you mention our wedding so you get the group discount rate.
The Hyatt offers complimentary parking to hotel guest. Please register you car with check in to receive this. Check in time is @ 3:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00pm.
The Hyatt is within walking distance from Hotel Bethlehem. Also at the conclusion of the reception Hotel Bethlehem's shuttle can take guest to the Hyatt and drop them off if needed.
Please do not call Hotel Bethlehem Shuttle service prior to the start of the reception. Hotel Bethlehem cannot pick up from the Hyatt they can only drop off. Thank you for corporation :)
