We have reserved seats for the exact number of our guest list. We have done our best to include plus ones while staying within our budget and catering limits. Please be sure to double check for your guest's name on the RSVP tap. Please don't bring any extra guest that are not listed on the invitation.
Can I bring my child(ren)?
While we love all little ones, this event is an adult only celebration, so no children under the age of 18 are invited with the exception of the children in the wedding party and in our immediate family.
But what will I wear?
Our dress code for the wedding is casual. Jeans are allowed but please no T-Shirts.
We ask guest to refrain from wearing white, cream or ivory.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding is held inside the venue and when you step inside you will see why, ITS GORGEOUS! The venue does have some outside seating if you need to step outside for some fresh air.
What time should I arrive?
As the ceremony is expected to start at 5pm, we would encourage and appreciate if you are at the venue at 4:30 pm. This will allow you time to find your seat and sign our guest book.
Is there an open bar?
We are providing a "his" and "her" signature drink, 2 beer choices and 2 wine choices along with bottled water and a few soft drink options.
Can I take pictures and videos??
YESSS!! You all know how the bride is with videos and pictures so DEFINATELY take all the pictures and videos of the night during the reception as you can!
We do kindly ask that for the ceremony that you do keep your phones away as we are having an "Unplugged" ceremony. We will have a "social media moment" before the ceremony officially starts for anyone who would like to take a picture. Our photographer and videographer have it covered, and we want to ensure they have every possible opportunity to capture the perfect moments without any disruptions.
What if I don't RSVP by September 21st?
Please try to RSVP on time as we have to provide our vendors with the exact number of guests by a certain date. We may be able to accommodate your RSVP if its late, but we won't be able to make any promises unfortunately.
Is there a hotel block?
As there are not many guests traveling out of town to join us for our special day, we didn't reserve a hotel block.
Who can I contact with any questions?
To ask any additional questions, please email the bride at walteramarie@outlook.com
Do I still need to RSVP if im not able to attend?
If you aren't able to celebrate with us, you will be greatly missed but please RSVP "Not Attending"
