Method of Reservation: Each Individual must either use the link provided in order to book the room online at the discounted group rate or call the hotel directly to make their reservation and let the guest services agent know they are with the group to ensure they receive the discounted rate.

Method of Payment: A valid credit card must be provided at time of making reservation to guarantee their room. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently 18.75%.

Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, to your attendees 1 day before and 1 day after the above dates. After 9/17/2024, any unused rooms will be released back into public inventory and the group rate will no longer be available.
