Zac and Allona first met in college at UW-Whitewater during their freshman year. They were both introduced by a mutual friend (De - also one of Allona’s bridesmaids!). De told Allona that she’s hungry so they went to get sub sandwiches at a cafeteria on campus. And just like faith - Ben, Zac’s friend (one of Zac’s groomsmen) also was hungry and wanted to get food. So him and Zac went to the cafeteria where De and Allona was! Zac saw them and invited both to sit with him and Ben. De introduced Zac to Allona and later that week, the two hanged out again and the rest is history!

So thank you De and Ben for being hungry at the right time that day! They both definitely earned the right to say “you’re all here because of me”!

Zac and Allona graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2020 during the midst of covid. Zac got a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health while Allona got a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry.

Zach and Allona picked up Luna Bear from Michigan! Bingo was definitely very excited to have a playmate!

Zac and Allona went on a vacation to the Philippines to meet Allona’s extended family. A trip of a lifetime! They enjoyed the warm weather and amazing food!

Zac proposed to Allona on their 6th year anniversary at Lake Geneva, WI.
