Yes, there will be a shuttle bus to pick up guests starting at 3:30pm. The shuttle bus will pick up guests from all 3 hotels. At the end of the night when you are ready to leave just go to the shuttle bus, and let the driver know what hotel you are going to! They will drop off at all hotels.

Yes, there will be an open bar of beer, wine, and cocktails all night. Please do not bring any outside alcohol. This would result in a fine.

There is a parking lot across the street with 48 parking spots. The lot will be staffed with a security guard to monitor the lot. You can park all night in this lot! There are additional metered parking spots in the lot behind the building between Gather and Old Fort Square free after 6 p.m. Gather will have a designated "Drop Off" zone at the entrance of the building, for guests to be dropped off before finding parking. Gather’s entrance is located at the blue dot on the above map and faces North Broadway.

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by the deadline listed on the invite, you will not be accounted for in our dinner numbers and table settings. You are welcome to join us after 7:30 pm for the reception/dance events if this happens.

Everything will be inside. If the weather permits there will be tables outside for cocktail hour.

We kindly ask that you dress formally. Dress pants and button-up shirts for men-tie optional. Modest dresses or dressy separates for women.
