Ally and Zach first met at church in April 2023 when Zach moved to Kansas City for work. Ally introduced herself and invited Zach to attend the young adult life group that she was a part of. Zach agreed and quickly integrated himself into Ally's group of friends and they all began hanging out frequently.

Life continued on this way for a while with Ally and Zach finding themselves spending a lot of time together either casually with friends or serving in the church together. But as time went on their interactions became more and more frequent and their interest for one another began to grow.

But funny enough their first date was completely by accident. They were supposed to go see the Willy Wonka movie with their friends but everyone else canceled so the two of them just went by themselves. They spent the whole movie talking and getting to know each other a little better than just friends.

From that night on the two began texting everyday and spending a little more time just the two of them. And after a lot of late night conversations and some "light" encouragement from friends, the two decided that maybe they should give dating a try. And the rest is history!

What started out as two church friends who hardly knew each other has blossomed into a loving relationship rooted in Christ and filled with everlasting joy!
