Wedding Day Itinerary
What is the wedding day itinerary?
The ceremony begins at 3:30pm with cocktail hour to follow, dinner will begin at 6:00pm. Speeches and dancing will happen after dinner and the reception will end at 12am.
What time should I arrive at your wedding?
Guests should arrive 30-60 minutes before the ceremony begins so guests can get to their seats for the ceremony to promptly begin at 3:30pm.
What time will the reception end?
The reception will end at 12am.
Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?
Yes, once the ceremony ends, the bar will open and hor d'hourses will be served. Outside the barn there will be lawn games plus a Sip and Solve where guests can try to fill out the crossword puzzle all about the bride and groom while the bridal party is having photos taken.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes! There is a parking lot at the farm. When you drive up the driveway on the left hand side passed the warehouse is the parking lot! There will be people directing you where to park!
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
The ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be held inside a covered barn.
Is there hotels close to the venue?
Yes!! The Great Blue Heron Casino is a short 3 minute drive from the reception.
Has the bride and groom reserved blocks of rooms at the hotel?
No, out of town guest will need to arrange accommodations on their own! There is one hotel nearby that does have rooms available on a first come, first serve basis. I suggest calling the hotel than booking online as it may say booked up even though there is rooms available!
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
If you are staying at The Great Blue Heron Casino Hotel please let Ally know and a shuttle service is available to take you to and from the hotel.
Wedding Dress Code
What is the dress code for the wedding?
We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in any colour and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.
The ceremony will be held on grass - so ladies choose your shoes accordingly!
Menu and Drinks
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hours followed by a buffet style dinner.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we wouldn't have it any other way!
Wedding Registry and Gifts
Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honour us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
No, we invite you to be fully present with us, please keep all devices turned off during the ceremony.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
We kindly ask that you do not post any photos on social media until after the bride or groom have posted.
