Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception are located at the same venue. The Everly 8200 Norton Parkway Mentor, Ohio 44060
After the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin which will then lead right into the reception.
Will there be a shuttle for wedding guests?
Yes, there will be a shuttle for guests to and from The Holiday Inn and The Everly. The shuttle will be available before the ceremony from 3pm-5pm and then after the reception from 10pm-12am to get guests back to the hotel. This is only a 14 person shuttle so please be mindful to make sure you leave time to grab the shuttle!!
When should I book the hotel room?
We encourage everyone if they know they are coming to the wedding to please book their hotel room ASAP. Due to a high number of weddings happening in 2022 along with other events in the area, hotel rooms are booking up quickly. If you want to make sure that you get the discounted rate and a room at this specific hotel we ask you to book as soon as you can. Plus a shuttle will be provided from only the one hotel that we have the hotel block at. See the travel tab to book your hotel at The Holiday Inn.
Will any part of the wedding be outside?
Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outside. If it is not raining please plan on being outside.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
Can I bring a guest?
On our formal invitations it will indicate whether or not you can bring a guest. If there are further questions please ask.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 30minutes-1 hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
