Ally and Leo first met as students at UC Davis during their sophomore year. Having overlapping social circles, they met many times on campus, especially at the Coho. Leo loved to “study” there, but a cute barista made him stay.

Somehow, man-bun aside, Ally and Leo's love story flourished their junior year. Despite the low quality and large quantity of jokes from Leo, Ally still managed to laugh, and this fun, easy-going nature revealed there might be something special between them.

They graduated in 2019 and started a new adventure of long distance. Leo moved to San Francisco for a new job and Ally moved to Nashville for NP school. They continued to be each other's support system from across the country, and grew closer than ever.

Finally, after three long years of distance, they moved to New York together, and as you can tell, things are going well. From long walks in Central Park (Leo’s idea of a good date), to candlelit pasta dinners and a musical (Ally’s idea of a good date), they have been taking advantage of everything NYC and their love has to offer.

Fortunately, it's now time to come back home to California to celebrate their love and marriage with all of you, and begin the Faure-Jessen family, forever.
