What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM, so please arrive by 2:45 PM to allow time to find your seat before we begin.
What should I wear?
Our wedding is semi-formal. We recommend cocktail attire with a touch of winter elegance — think cozy fabrics, darker tones, and layers to stay warm. The venue will be fully heated.
What’s the evening schedule?
3:00 PM – Ceremony
4:00 PM – Cocktail Hour
6:00 PM – Formal Dinner & Dancing
All wedding events — the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing — will take place at the same venue (Standing Rock Farms) so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the full evening without any travel between locations.
Can I bring my kids?
While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration adults-only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! A shuttle will leave from the Holiday Inn lobby at 2:30 PM to take guests to the venue. A return shuttle will also be available at the end of the reception to bring everyone safely back to the hotel.
Will there be dinner?
Absolutely! A formal dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, followed by plenty of dessert and dancing. Please list any dietary needs in your RSVP.
What time does the celebration end?
The reception will wrap up around 10:00 PM, with shuttles departing shortly after.
