While we understand life happens, if you do not RSVP by the date provided on our formal invitation, March 12th, 2025, you will be marked as "No" in attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & vendors in a timely manner.

Yes! If you are planning on coming to the Welcome Party on Friday, April 25th and/or the Brunch on Sunday, April 27th, you must RSVP by the RSVP date listed on our formal invite (March 12th, 2025). We appreciate your understanding.

Your invitation will be made to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been provided to you. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests if one is not listed.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs. Name" if only you and your significant other have been invited. Thank you for understanding!

For the ceremony, we are aiming for an outdoor experience - if the weather allows it! If not, we will be holding the ceremony inside where the reception will take place. The reception will be held at the barn on site.

If you are staying on site, which we highly recommend, the resort provides shuttle service all day, everyday - no need to worry about transportation! There will be a number for you to call for Shuttle Services on property. If you are staying off site at the Best Western, we will be providing you with transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. If you are staying somewhere other than Mountain Top or the Best Western, you will need to find your own way to the wedding. Unfortunately, Ubers and Lyft are rare in Vermont so we suggest calling a taxi service for any transportation needs if not staying at any of our room blocks.
