What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be located at the Boatshed at Mystic Seaport. You can follow directions to 75 Greenmanville Ave, Mystic, CT 06355. It is most convenient to park at the South Parking Area and walk towards the venue. There will be signs to help direct incoming guests to the correct area.
Is there parking available near the venue?
Please park at the Mystic Seaport South Parking Area. There will be signs to help direct you across the street and to the Boatshed where the ceremony and reception will take place.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be taking place outdoors - please dress accordingly and bring appropriate gear (umbrellas, rain jackets, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc) for the weather that day. Our reception will take place underneath the cover of the Boatshed.
What is the dress code?
We ask that guests wear semi-formal attire to our wedding.
What type of food will there be?
We are having a plated meal during the reception. Guests are expected to RSVP their choice of filet, salmon, or a vegan entree. More details can be found during the RSVP process.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, you're welcome!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you aren't purchasing directly from our registry, gifts can be sent directly to our home. Please get in touch and we will pass the address along!
Is there a hotel block?
No, but you can find room accommodations under the "travel" page of our website.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Our ceremony begins at 5pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early so you can easily walk over from the parking area with no rush!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
You are more than welcome to take photos before the ceremony and during the cocktail hour and reception. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer can get the best shots possible!
