Our ceremony will be held at 2:00 pm at Holy Cross Immaculata Catholic Church in Mt. Adams. Please plan to arrive at 1:30 pm to make your way into the church.
Where should we stay?
There is a block of rooms available to reserve at The Summit Hotel. You can find more information on our travel page.
If you're looking for something different, the wedding and reception will be near the Mt. Adam's and Hyde Park neighborhoods. Any hotel/Airbnb near should work.
Will transportation be provided?
There will be a complementary shuttle running back and forth between The Summit Hotel and the Reception at Ault Park. The shuttle will run from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm.
Are children invited?
We've decided to keep our celebration to adults only. If you need help coordinating a sitter, we are happy to provide recommendations. Thank you for understanding.
Is there a dress code?
We ask our guests to dress with us in Formal or Black Tie attire.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be specified on your invitation, and when you RSVP on our website.
Is the Reception at a different location than the Cermony?
Yes! After our ceremony, we will be hosting a reception at Ault Park Pavilion. Cocktail hour will begin at the reception at 6 pm. The Reception site is a 15 minute drive from the ceremony venue, and offers ample parking upon arrival.
What should I do if I can't make it?
Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly. We understand the difficulty of celebrating on a holiday weekend.
